Booking Information

All Cottages are available for short breaks out of peak season, see availability page.

For weekly lets the changeover day is:

Friday in the Georgian House and Old Farmhouse.
Saturday in Peacock, Aylesbury and Bantam Cottages.

For weekend breaks the arrival day is Friday, departing on the following Monday. (Three nights accommodation).

For mid-week breaks the arrival day is Monday, departing on the following Friday. (Four nights accommodation).

Departure time 10 am , arrival time from 4 pm.

Linen and towels for use in Coulscott are provided - however beach towels are not.

A cot and high chair can be provided if advance notice is given, however cot linen is not provided. Our cots are travel cots and we will only provide them for children 18 months of age or younger and weighing under 30 pounds.

Only guests listed on the booking form can stay or use the facilities at Coulscott House.

Linen and towels will only be provided for those guests listed on the booking form.

No more than the maximum number of persons stated (plus cots) in the brochure and the web site may occupy the property - This is important because we have a septic tank system and the water supply is a local spring - too many people on site put too much pressure on these systems.

No smoking is allowed in any of our properties.

Pets are not allowed in any of the cottages

Cheques should be made payable to “Coulscott House”. Payment of the deposit is to be made by cheque upon confirmation of booking. The balance is payable by cheque6 weeks prior to arrival.

No Fireworks are allowed at Coulscott as we are surrounded by livestock

Please contact us by email or phone to discuss your holiday. when we have confirmed that we will hold the booking for you , please fill in and submit the booking form and send us a cheque for 1/3 of the cost of you holiday (made payable to 'Coulscott House'.
